Stephen cooked two meals for us on our holiday. His food was exquisite and very in keeping with local seasonal ingredients and dishes. Whilst very professional he slotted into our holiday "pace" I could not recommend Stephen more.

We booked Stephen for a week and we highly recommend him! He turned up everyday with supplies and shopping. He cooked supper each evening and prepared breakfast/lunch for the next day, laid the table and cleared up. Stephen was reliable, a great cook and tidy. We have booked him again.

We had a fabulous two weeks with Stephen. He was extremely patient and pro active leading upto our trip to Corfu and made it extra special whilst we were out there. His food and presentation is impeccable and he was able to make a range of dishes and meals. He always arrived promptly and left the kitchen spotless having set up the table and tidied away after each course. Stephen is the best at Barbecues and we will never forget his Greek Meze nights! The highlight, aside from Stephen's very positive and enthusiastic attitude - was the wonderful leftovers so carefully left in the fridge for us to dive into the following day. Again, We can't thank Stephen enough.

Stephen cooked two meals for our family off 5 both of which were delicious. On our first night we arranged for a meal to be delivered with the deliver and dine service which just took away all the stress of having to cook or find a restaurant on the first evening. Arrangements were very easy to make and Stephen met us at the villa as we arrived. He also prepared, cooked and served a fantastic barbecue for us later in the week which was such a treat. Neither my husband or I are very confident with the BBQ so it was great to have someone else to take care of everything. We all thoroughly enjoyed both meals and I would definitely recommend Stephen’s services for anybody wanting a delicious home cooked meal without the hassle.

We visited Corfu in July and contacted Stephen from Corfu chef. He was extremely professional, friendly and flexible in helping us decide which food to select. His communication skills are first class and we felt in really good hands. Now to the food; wow! Stephen's presentation is stunning and the quality of our meals exceeded our wildest expectations. Particular highlights were the bream, prawns and octopus. Sensational. Our lamb was succulent, tender and brimming with delicious flavour. We also loved the BBQ pork and chicken. Stephen had the ability to cook his food to perfection with a lovely nod of Greek along the way. We are returning in Sept and can't wait to enjoy more of Stephen’s wonderful food. It makes our holiday so special. We can't recommend Corfu chef highly enough.

We had a Greek feast prepared by Stephen on the last night of our holiday in kassiopi. What an amazing experience it was - from the delicious meze to start, all beautifully prepared and followed by sea bream on the BBQ, cooked delicately in small parcels and flavoured with ginger and dill (absolutely sublime) everything was cooked perfectly from the vegetable sides to the delicious chocolate brownies for desert. We enjoyed every last morsel Stephen was so efficient throughout from my first communication with him to the way he left the kitchen after service. All I can say is a great big thank you! It was a great treat to meet you and we will contact when we return next time.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! A culinary dream team! Thank you Stephen for your tantalising our taste buds your dishes were creative, exciting, fresh and tasty. As a non meat and fish eater I thought I would struggle but Stephen went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with what was prepared for me. Stephen provided a truly excellent service for our party of 6 adults and five children. We enjoyed his chef service and the "deliver and dine." It both worked brilliantly and was faultlessly delicious. Stephen was not only a professional providing mouth watering food but everything was produced efficiently and competently. He kept the kitchen Immaculate and never waved wavered from his pleasant and relaxed manner. Our children absolutely loved his food two. His communication was clear and prompt and he was very helpful and flexible when our arrival time was considerably delayed. Stephen was also extremely kind and thoughtful offering to do extra shopping. We would all absolutely use him again and very much hope to do so in the future.

Stephen arrived in plenty of time, was very professional and a great cook and left our quite rustic Greek kitchen spotless! It was so nice to hand the cooking over to somebody else. Stephen made and delivered an absolute beautiful birthday cake for my daughter when we were on holiday this year. His attention to detail was absolutely first class. Highly recommended. Next time we are in Corfu we hope to book into his diary for some top cuisine at our villa.

Myself and several friends rented beautiful villa San Stefanos above Benitsis for two weeks this September. Stephen cooked for us on five different evenings. One was a BBQ, one a fish meal, and various others. He always had good ideas for menus, laid the table beautifully I was a total pleasure. He did all the shopping, was never late and left the kitchen cleaner than it was when I arrived! I only wish that he was near me in Gloucester.

Stephen and his colleague laid on a special barbecue for us from 50th wedding anniversary at the Villa Doria in San Stefanos. This was for a big family party. They were very helpful and efficient with everything and went wonderfully smoothly. The food was lovely especially the meze and the kids loved the amazing sundae. We wish we could do it all over again. We will have to think of another celebration and we hope they will provide another feast for us.

Of all the chefs I contacted Stephen was the only one who promptly answered all my questions. As another reviewer has said, he was very patient with the plan changes! His communication was impeccable only bettered by his food. We had Greek guests, who remarked that the tsatziki was better than they could make. We had chicken, prawns, halloumi and delicious homemade bread and pitas with dips as starters. Stephen kindly added a few complimentary extras. The main of lamb chops went down a treat. I had a lovely vegetarian main. One guest who did not want lamb was offered an alternative immediately. Our evening was a great success thanks to Stephen and his colleague who was very efficient. His colleague even popped out to replenish some drinks I had run out of! They left the kitchen spotless, with leftovers in the fridge for us to feast on later. I just wish they were local to me in the UK. We will for sure rebook next year when we are back in our beloved Corfu.

We had two lovely evenings with Steven in July. We had a BBQ meze and particularly enjoyed the homemade houmus and the gigantes. Very professional and efficient even cleaned up after himself we would definitely book him again at when we return to Corfu.

Stephen cooked us for several evenings during our holiday. We had a mixture of dishes from the website including fresh fish local specialties and Greek mezze. We particularly enjoyed the homemade desserts such as lemon drizzle cake. We ate out twice during our holiday but wish we would have booked Stephen instead! Great food great service and very reasonably priced would definitely book him again when we return to Corfu.

We booked Stephen to cook for us on three occasions. A party of eight for a sit down dinner and two barbecue parties for 13 people. The food was excellent and the evening was a great success, especially one of the barbecues which was for a wedding anniversary celebration. He even provided a cake for the occasion at short notice. I would highly recommend him and definitely book him again.

This is the second year we booked Stephen to cater for us. Last year he prepared and served a birthday party for 14 including a delicious birthday cake. This year he cooked for us a number of evening meals which we froze and defrosted over the course of the holiday which was very convenient. His food was delicious and we particularly loved his guacamole, Greek potatoes and sofrito. He also delivered marinaded kebabs and some local fish for us to barbecue. All his food was delicious and made catering for two large families with kids very easy maximising the beach time and minimising the time in the kitchen. Not so good for the waistline though!
