I am a fully qualified Chef. I trained in UK at Catering School, initially as

Chef de Cuisine and later as Pâtissier.

I have a wealth of experience in the Catering and Hospitality industry, gaining experience in Hotels, Restaurants and Airlines.

 

I will be delighted to discuss any bespoke requirements with you.

The booking ideally should be made 24 hours prior to dining or delivery.

A selection can be made from a range of menus, dishes and of course local specialties.

Leave the shopping, preparation and presentation of your meals to me, even the cleaning up afterwards, allowing you quality time to enjoy your holiday.

Freshly cooked food with ingredient’s from the Mediterranean for you to enjoy and savour.
